When the Midnight Grub was developed in July of 2025, there were a total of two sessions to validate the efficacy. The first session was at a local hole that is known for catches in general and the fish for the day ended up a 3.31 lb largemouth bass. Session two at the same hole was a bagful of bluegill and a few bass around 1 lb, this stifled my worries of chance or luck which usually I try to fish a lot more to feel more comfortable.
The Midnight Grub comes with a 1/16th oz weighted head, swing leaf blade in black, silver or brass on a replaceable snap ring with a size 10 hook guaranteed to knock the slobber out of that slab!
